We have just finished an awesome camp at Mt Hotham, home of Australian Biathlon and site of Australia’s only biathlon range. The weather held up to allow skiing and shooting on both Saturday and Sunday, although it was a little foggy at 6:30 am on Sunday, when we went for our Adventure Ski out to Mt Feathertop.
Topics covered over the weekend included benchmarking, nutrition, travelling tips, drugs+sport, ski+shooting techniques + more!
The weekend was judged a great success, with 2016’s weekend already scheduled.
Special thanks to organisers Gen and Neil; “Mr Statistics” Phil; coaches Paul, Toscha, Cam, Barry; and Dr Jane Fitzpatrick (our Medical Director and member of the IBU Medical Committee).
