Biathlon Sydney held the first ever Summer Biathlon Training camp in April 2016.
Cameron and Damon Morton travelled from Victoria to coach the participants.
Cameron has represented Australia at the Winter Olympics in Biathlon and Damon has just returned from Europe after competing in Europe including the World Cup.
The participants were a mix of novices and experienced athletes including two people who were at their first ever event.
The 2 days included roller skiing, target shooting and competitions.
“We train hard in the off-season and is really great to have coaches to iron out the bugs in our techniques and help us reach the next level.”, said Mark Elliott.
